The Art Show
The Harcourt Applefest Art Show is an intimate and distinctive exhibition for smaller works.
The exhibition sells high quality original art… with awards and acclaim to be won.
Your Applefest ticket includes access to the works on display at the ANA Hall.
The grand opening and awards night will be held on the Friday night before Applefest. Art works will remain on display for Applefest celebrations and throughout the Labour Day long weekend.
The Entertainment…
The apple pie eating competition, a staple of the festival, is scheduled for 12.55pm on the main stage. Entertainment for the day includes performances by Duck Cameron, the Master Magician, at 12 noon and 2.30pm, and the Australian Women’s Choir, conducted by Wendy Stapleton, at 1.35pm. Other entertainment is by the Vintage Vixens (11 am), followed by the much-loved Kashmiri Belly Dancers with plenty of other local talent on display throughout the day.

Join us this to celebrate the month of March for the annual Harcourt Applefest — a celebration of everything apple! From delicious apple treats – as well as pies!, live music, and local artisans to fun-filled family activities, there’s something for everyone…
Markets opening at 10am…
The bustling market starts at 10am. There will be plenty to see, eat, buy… including makers of fine art, drawings, paintings, 3d displays, and plant stalls from the local area, along with local produce, alternative foods, and an assortment of local wine to enjoy.

The Art show

- Showcase your projects.
Cookery Competition
- Apple Pies: Must be baked in a 20cm pie dish. Must have a bottom & top crust.
- Pie top must be whole. Homemade pastry only. Do not add other fruit to the apple pie.
- To be presented on the plate or dish on which it was baked. To be covered in clear wrapping.
The Lego Competition
- All your amazing creations must be on strong sturdy bases so they can be moved easily,
- like a cake board, bread board or tray.
- Kit models & freestyle welcome, no size limit.
- Please label with your name, age, class and contact number on the bottom of the board/tray.

ABBA Gather (Music show Poster):
ABBA Gather Harcourt Music… this years special musical talent comes from ABBA Gather… An Australian tribute band playing and singing the hits of one of the most iconic pop groups of the last century. It’s all happening on March 29th with the show running from 7pm – 9:30, at James park, Harcourt. A food truck and drinks will be available from 6pm onwards. The event is planned for outside with a contingency should it rain!
